The Storyteller
A seasoned storyteller with two decades of experience across television, film, commercial and digital production. Nate leads Silver Creek Studios as an end-to-end creative force, from concept and script through to post production and delivery.
With roots in Johannesburg’s independent film scene, Nate built Silver Creek Studios from the ground up, writing, directing, and producing across formats from 23-episode television series to international conference campaigns. His approach blends long-form narrative with transmedia strategy, designing story ecosystems that connect brands to audiences across broadcast, digital, social, live events and out-of-home. Every project passes through his hands from first pitch to final delivery.
The Engine Room
Silver Creek’s operations lead, bringing over a decade of experience in project delivery, financial reconciliation, and stakeholder relations across corporate, conference, and media environments.
AB manages Silver Creek’s business operations, account management, and communications. His track record includes turning a distressed client account into a R26 million revenue outcome through disciplined financial management and a calm, consistent approach to negotiations. He has managed financial recovery, client and delegate relations, vendor coordination, and independent project delivery across major industry conferences.
Beyond operations, AB is a writer, producer, and communications specialist. He has led communications strategy and budget administration for production organisations, secured R1.5 million in funding for Wathinta Imbokodo Post Productions, and brought in R300,000 for AJR Productions. He holds a Master of Arts in Communications from AFDA (2026) and is a PhD candidate at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
The Wordsmith
Writer, philosopher, and creative consultant. A Seoul-based academic (PhD) and published author, Sanko brings narrative depth to Silver Creek as an external creative partner. His original story is currently being developed into a script by the team.
Dr. Sanko Lewis is a multi-disciplined university lecturer, philosopher, artist, and writer based in Seoul, South Korea. With a PhD and an assistant professorship focused on East Asian Philosophy, Martial Arts Studies, English Literature & Creative Writing, and Film Analysis, he brings an uncommon depth of narrative thinking to Silver Creek. Beyond academia, Sanko works as a freelance editor, visual artist, and photographer. His original story is currently being developed into a screenplay by the Silver Creek team, bridging his literary world with the studio’s production capabilities.
